By engaging MakMedia (a division of Maktronics Pvt. Ltd.) for web development, design, media, or marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined in your statement of work (SOW) and these terms.
Upon receipt of full payment for completed projects, all intellectual property rights for custom graphics, source code, logos, and original content created specifically for your brand transfer to you. MakMedia retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio.
Invoices are payable according to the schedule set out in your project proposal. Revisions outside the scope defined in the project contract will be billed at standard hourly agency rates.
MakMedia and Maktronics Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, ad platform policy changes, or external service disruptions.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
